  • 2 Almond flour tortillas ( I love using the Trader Joe's Brand )

  • Peri peri hot sauce (to taste) I also got mine from Trader Joe's. You can find the link here

  • 5 oz Grilled chicken thighs, boneless and skinless

  • 1 cup Mini cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tbsp Toasted pepita seeds

  • 1/4 Avocado, sliced

  • Parsley, for garnish

Calories: 450 per serving ( two tacos)

Protein: 46 grams.

Fat: 33 grams

Carbohydrates: 23 grams

Fiber: 9 grams.

Directions:

  1. Heat the almond flour tortillas according to package instructions.

  2. Using a fork, smash your avocado on the tortilla.

  3. Place your grilled chicken thighs. You can toss them in the sauce for a more intense flavor.

  4. Top with cherry tomatoes, pepita seeds, and a sprinkle of parsley.

  5. Finish off with your Peri Peri sauce
