It's Barbie Season!
So, gather your besties, put on your favorite Barbie-inspired outfit, and get ready to sip on this Lemonberry Spritz Mocktail.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1 oz fresh lemon juice
5-6 fresh mint leaves.
Blueberry lemonade-flavored sparkling water. I got mine from Trader Joe's
Directions:
Muddle together the fresh blueberries, lemon juice, and mint leaves until the blueberries are slightly crushed and the mint leaves are fragrant.
Add ice to the shaker and shake until the ingredients are well combined and chilled.
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.
Top with blueberry lemonade-flavored sparkling water.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and serve.
