  • 2 slices of fresh sourdough bread

  • 2 eggs

  • Olive oil

  • Minced garlic

  • Crumbled feta cheese

  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes

  • Salt & pepper to taste











Directions:

  1. Start by toasting the fresh sourdough bread. Once toasted, drizzle a bit of olive oil over the slice and spread minced garlic on one side. Toast the other side until it's lightly crispy.

  2. While your bread is toasting, prepare your sunny-side-up eggs. Heat a pan with a small amount of olive oil, crack the eggs into the pan, and cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

  3. Top the eggs with crumbled feta cheese, allowing it to melt slightly.

  4. Arrange the eggs next to a serving of sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. Drizzle a touch of olive oil over the veggies and season with salt and pepper to taste.
